Register & Purchase of Volley School Sessions

Select each session your athlete will attend. Each session is $40. Choose one date or several—no full-month commitment is required. Full payment for selected dates is due at checkout. Additional dates may be booked later, subject to availability. Unpaid dates are not reserved.

Payment Policy: Payments are non-refundable and must be completed at checkout to reserve your athlete's spot. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of HDUB VBA.

Registration Notice: This is an official registration form, not a request or inquiry form. Registration is first come, first served, with a maximum of 12 athletes per session. A spot is secured only after registration and payment are successfully completed.

Registration Guidelines

Please complete a separate registration for each individual athlete.
Select all training dates your athlete would like to attend.
A copy of your submitted form responses will be sent to the email address provided.
Full online payment is required at checkout to reserve your athlete's spot.
Submitting this form without completing payment does not reserve a spot.
Each training session is limited to 12 athletes.
Registration for a full session will close once its capacity is reached.
No athletes will be allowed to participate until payment for registered sessions is paid.
All participating athlete's guardian must complete the HDUB VBA x The Decoy Waiver, if they have not perviously, before registered session.

Payment & Cancellation Guidelines

Online payment through the website is the only accepted payment method for these sessions.
Payment is due in full at checkout. There is no pay-at-training option or after.
Registration payments are nonrefundable unless HDUB VBA approves an exception for qualifying circumstances.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable.
Please contact HDUB VBA with questions or cancellation requests.

Following the pilot month, these guidelines help protect reserved training time, prevent unpaid reservations, and give athletes fair access to available spots. Thank you for understanding and respecting the time and preparation that go into every session.

Waiver Status

The Decoy + HDUB VBA Waiver must be completed by a parent/legal guardian before participation. Returning athletes do not need to resubmit a current waiver already on file unless requested.
